It seems more like a promotion of actually USING the safety gear you already wear. Its not until the very last line that any company was mentioned, and that only underneath Si's name. Everything you mentioned is necessary to make the point as strong as possible for all the people who insist on not wearing their helmets properly. By making it a big deal, people are more likely to remember and take the message to heart than just dismiss it. |
